That guy. Anyone else would have gone to jail:
The judge said he could not accept Mulroney’s testimony that
his acceptance of at least $225,000 in cash was an error in judgment.
Rather, it was an attempt to hide the transactions, Oliphant said.
Oliphant noted that Mulroney accepted “cash-stuffed envelopes from
Mr. Schreiber on three separate occasions,†did not make a record of
the payments, did not deposit the money in a bank or disclose the
payments when given an opportunity to do so later.
Oh, Canada.

Nah, lots of politicians could have pulled that off.
I just can't decide between Brian and Paul as my (least?)/favorite prime sinister. Those two certainly stand out as far as being unapologetic about it.

Not junked... back in 1991, the Mulroney government sold the CH-147 Chinook helicopter fleet to the Dutch.

It was pretty embarrassing in the early days of Canada's involvement in Afghanistan to have our troops being carted around by the Dutch in Chinooks that we sold them.
There's a pretty talented local photographer that happened to be at the airport the same day I was, he got some great photos on the helicopters:
