I am on my way back home from a trip to Windsor Ontario in my motor home.

Ontario has the worst highways I have ever driven on.

Mile after mile of coned off lanes with no signs of any work being done, judging from the tax structure in Ontario there should be some money spent on road repair so where does your tax money go?

In metropolitan Toronto it takes six months to renovate a bridge. In Simcoe County it takes two years to renovate the same type of bridge. They know how to drag it out and keep those paycheques coming in, oh yeah.

Hope you waved on the way by, I can guarantee the worst part of your drive was likely between Man border and Dryden, road ain't bad but the traffic sucks, especially with all those flat landers on twisty highways -- lmfaooooooo

Not anymore because I am now over eighty and the medical insurance cost is more than what I pay for diesel fuel for the whole trip.

So I will remember how much better the roads in Africa were and just accept I live in a sub third world country run by thieves and degenerates.

If you like our highways, try driving down the main streets of our cities!

Speaking of pavement, our CYSN main rwy just got completely redone a few years ago. On your way, check out some of the miles of runway that got redone; heard there was quite a few. Going cross country experimenting with the plug-in cars sometimes made me wonder about how few people use Ontario roads going east west and back anymore. Mind you my trips were weekdays in April or May ... found not too many cars on the road to worry about (some construction too).  Quite a few logging trucks though; now it's summer, and the weekend .... different story of course.

Oh dear. Over 80 means you are legally intoxicated in Onterrible. And you said you quit. For shame.  ^-^
