I remember this engine being used in the very rare Comanche 400. Never seen one in person.
Crankshaft in the 720 had a bit of a reputation as being a little whippy but I don’t know if that was real or just the usual hangar BS.

There used to be one around here. I remember seeing it a few times, not sure what happened to it. I spoke with the owner once, he said it was only marginally faster than the 260 Comanche, but said it would climb at almost 2000 fpm.
