Those were pretty good. I noticed the one thing missing to actually get resumes was the carrot.

Something like..
Possibility of flying company plane after five years service, based on meeting our minimum performance requirements.

Good grief I don’t miss the “good old days” of freezing my ass of in Stony Rapids or Fond du Lac waiting my turn to fly copilot in a single pilot plane.
Sure I learned a bunch, but I’m eternally thankful I had ace up my sleeve.
I’ve lost contact with a lot of the folks I used to work with, but I have a feeling I’m miles ahead career wise.
