10 year Aviation document book.

I got an envelope from Transport Canada today. I think it feels thick like an aviation document book.

Surprise it is, and it expires 2026. How nice.

I just renewed in the summer and had a five. Then the ten year came yesterday. I did not do anything, it just showed up. I expect everyone will be getting an extension.

Do they charge you to renew that abortion of a license?

Sort of. They did not bill me for the extended expiry one that just came.

I don't think I paid for the first one last summer but those are just the pretty blue books. The license is permanent. However they charge you every time you get a medical.

If we had not been so mean to BPF he would have told us about this in December.

Would be nice if 10 years becomes standard, I hate renewing stuff. Mine is up in May... Should get on that.

It is the new standard. Your new one will be a ten year.

That reminds me my car registration is due, those commie sons of bitches in Edmonton removed the reminder mailing to save money. And have collected some 2 mil in fines for no registration.......

Funny thing though I singed up for the e reminder nothing yet...
