Is there actually a regulation that says you aren't allowed to crash? Or fly into a Cb?
I remember a while back mentioning that if you were out of currency, you
could legally crash and destroy six different 172's during six very unsuccessful
solo landings (in the same day) then load your pax into a seventh 172 and off you go.
Does anyone know of a regulation that requires a pilot to not be incompetent?
