Interesting airplane ads

Facebook shows me some airplane for sale ads every now and then.

About 300k for a Cessna 185 with a high time engine. Is it just me or is this just insane? :rolleyes:
Sounds like a case of "let's add all the maintenance bills since I bought the plane and sell it for that price".

Seems like covid has some weird effects on everyone!

Nice paint. I knew a guy who bought a rag and tube aircraft that had a beautiful paint job. He told me that it was the best of its type in Canada. The long list of squawks found on the pre-purchase should have been a warning. They ended up tearing it apart more than once for glue and corrosion issues.
