Short of life/work getting in the way, I'll be there, with bells on. The chicken wings there are much better than the "chicken" "wings" I had over in China last week...

Reminds me of a friend in Thailand, he ordered what he thought was a chicken kabob off a street vendor.

He bit into the skewer and it wasn't white meat. he pointed to the meat and ask the vendor "Chicken? buck buck chicken?" as his english was suspect.

Some smart ass kid sitting near by  replied with a wide grin    "No buck buck Meow Meow"

Buddy spat out his kabob and nearly puked, I laughed my ass off and ate my delicious Pad Thai.

Isn't cat just another white meat?

It was probably "Woof Woof", that's red meat, and tasty.

I have probably dined on many domestic creatures in my travels but I am reminded of my first day in Inuvik.  I had Muskox pizza, my stomach was use to such a cut of meat and I hurled, at least that's what I blamed it on couldn't have been the dozen beers that accompanied it....

Was the riding academy still active in Inuvik when you were there?

It's only a week away, not tonight like I was thinking.
So is it just esp and I? Who's in?

We can keep an eye out for new members Chuck.

May the 4th be with you.
