Condolences of course to all those affected but holy eff, in the second video it looks like the plane is in an inverted flat spin with both tip tanks on fire. How does one even do that?

Not sure, but looking at the video, one possibility would be right engine fire melted and failed the wing spar.

NTSB will tell.
