Wouldn't mind hearing an opinion of the Red Bull Air Races from someone with good aerobatic experience. Would love to see a race.

It used to be quite something.  Not so much, any more.

The most difficult aspect is likely the G tolerance. Those are some impressive G and Jerk(rate of change of G) values they are pulling and you need to be in very good shape to do that.

I did a about eight years years flying in air shows in Europe with Red Bull as one of my sponsors and talking to the racing pilots for sure it is a high repetitive G load sport beyond any doubt.
