A born fighter/airshow pilot if there ever was one. Nice guy. 

Used to go out with Patty Wagstaff.

Ask him to tell you the story about his mom, a PT-22 and a dachshund.
I thought it was funny as hell, even though it did not have a particularly
happy ending.

Over 4,800 hours in the F-14 which is not much for an airline pilot but
it's more than anyone else flew that type.  I think it was 1996, Dale flew
an F-14 at the WAC.  I have no idea how he kept it in the box.  If anyone
could, he would.
