I know the four bars keep telling us that there is nothing to see here, but:

I'm just a dumb nobody, but [i]what part[/i] of the aircraft was 40 feet above
the water, when he rotated nose up to climb? 

I'm wondering how many feet the tail was above the water, during their little
hand-flying exercise, because as four bars tell us, hand-flying is obsolete.
