737 Split Winglets

A few minutes ago I saw a Westjet 737 land at YEG.  I saw on the right wingtip it had the new split scimitar wingtip, but the left tip didn't look right.  I looked real hard, and while i suppose it's possible the angle to the lower element may have made it invisible, it sure looked like the left wing had the standard (upper only) winglet.  Anyone know if I saw it right?  The asymmetry seems very wrong.
