Oh, all right.
What I forgot to mention was that I owe a pretty
impressive amount of money to TC for all the $55
AIC fees I never paid over all those years. I got
a nastygram from TC saying that unless I paid it,
no more paper. Which is fine with me, I'm on my
last booklet.
If someone hijacked my identity and paid off
the pile of dough that I owe TC, I guess that
would be upsetting.

No. Somewhere in the recesses of my mind, I recall
a requirement to carry photo ID as well as a pilot
certificate.
Found it. Driver's licence will do.

Great minds think alike.
I also have zero need to support Canadian extortion with their chickenshit mickey mouse booklet that looks like it was designed by a child in its playpen.
My FAA license was all I needed for the last twenty five years.

Shiny: I am a sporting man. You warn of the dangers
of people knowing your address.
Here's the gauntlet: anyone that wants to learn my
address is free to drive around my town. Look for a
very new, very expensive, very shiny, very fast imported
vehicle parked at my house with my ancient family coat
of arms on the back:

House of Plantagenet, baby.
Hint: factory supercharger.
