Does anyone see anything wrong with this instructors understanding of how to land in a X/wind?

I enjoy the challenge of a decent crosswind that is within my comfort level, makes things more interesting! I never used to feel that way, until I took on an 18G25 @ 70 degrees off the runway with an instructor. I learned what running out of rudder means! We touched down right in the middle and slid 50 feet sideways with a gust. Kept it straight the whole time, never looked back. It broke me.[/quote]
