I think that the hours to obtain a ATPL licence should be cut in half,
or 750 hrs. TC requires 1500 hours which is ridiculous, Airline type
aircraft are flown mostly by computers nowadays, Pilots for the
most part are computer programmers with little or no handling of
the aircraft, What's your take?

Why have pilots in the big jets at all? Those could be revenue seats. Kind of an elite area like first class. Take the yokes out. Replace them with trays voila.

Airbus is already half way there!

Plus we all know that Airline Pilots cannot fly.

Half? That math is a little off.

In what way is Airbus already half there?

Can you be a bit more specific?

I would prefer an airline pilot as a client to give training to because generally speaking they are used to learning new things and also used to recurrent training.

This idea that airline pilots do not know how to fly is nothing more than ignorance on the part of those who claim airline pilots can not fly.

Doesn't matter what anyone (including TC)
thinks - the ATPL is an internationally-recognized
licence who's parameters are dictated by ICAO.

so lil' ol red wants to get his atpl a little bit sooner.  You should demand TC just give it to you red, I mean you're a sky god and all.  How you managed to handle that "race car" 180 is truly remarkable that even old Yeager would be in awe.

Perhaps airline pilots can't fly red, you'll never know, as you've already been turned down, and thus is why you're stuck in the 703 world.  Don't be mad and repeat yourself like a fucking parrot that airline pilots can't fly.  You failed yourself red, and you know it.  I feel sorry for you and your attempts to troll and spin your failure not only as a pilot but as lowly person you are.  Seek help!

Couldn't get any more traction in avcanada trolling so had to come here and start the exact same thread?  What a boring life!

Let the entertainment begin. Nothing like the "science of stupid" for the entertainment value, there is even countless TV shows to prove it. -- ha ha - I fucking love it.

On floats flying a 180 with a heavy load if you close the cowl flaps you ight get on the step better and oh ya in high winds take off down wind it's easier on the aircraft because the wave are so sharp -- advice from a very old bush pilot who knows how to fly
