Title pretty much sums up the question.  We normally fly it with just two pilots and 2400 lbs of gas.

Au contraire.....I always found it a delight to land, especially after flying a few aircraft that are nose heavy, although lighter in weight, such as the C-404 Titanic.  I always viewed the C90 as a bit of a sports car.  If your speed on the approach is good, and it's trimmed properly, it is light on the controls and quite easy to land.  At least that was my experience with the ones I flew.  I wonder what makes yours seem nose heavy?

I suspected the root cause of the heavy nose was the way we loaded the thing;  What Rudderless said seems to confirm it.  We don't carry to much in the back, usually just empty seats.  The C of G is forward, but not that close to the limit.  I was flying Dash-8s before the C90B;  They weren't nearly as nose heavy.  I remember I used to fly on a Seneca II.  They put 100lbs of lead shot in the back to lighten the nose.
