To qualify for welfare you have to prove residency, not residency in terms of immigration status, but physical residence. To prove this, you bring in a cellphone bill or utility bill showing the same mailing address.

This is how you receive SNAP (food stamps). FFS in California or Minnesota you can even vote. It’s unlawful to ask for an ID to vote.
So just like getting food stamps illegally, you can vote without scrutiny.

Irony: in our to members of professional organizations such as the Bar Association, AMA, ALPA etc, you have to prove who you are. All of which don’t provide supplements to purchase food.
