It has been some years since I did flying instruction ( Fifteen years ) and one of the most frequent problems I found was the vague understanding so many pilots had regarding attitudes and movements.

Considering it is the foundation for understanding how to fly has the flight training industry fixed that weakness in flying instruction?

Would we fix this by insisting everyone get their UL permit before they can do any PPL training?

No, the fix is ensuring that flight schools teach the basics properly which far to many fail to do.

Only T.C. flight training inspectors can ensure this occurs.
