Nice video. I think that was the same pilot who flew the crew around to make the Parts Unknown episode in Columbia.

To quote people at Basler in Oshkosh:
The funny story of a....mishandled grenade? Was all made up to cover the fact that it was voluntary blown up by whatever anti Colombia governmental faction of the time (or narco people, can’t remember)

The guy from basler who did most of the training down there had very little good to say about their military pilot flying skills on the 67 They were difficult students to teach and I gather not very high timed.

There was a DC3 err, turbine version, probably running guns, while I was overseas. Only flew at night. Funny.

Also, another bird that only flew at night... Spooky, a not so docile AC130.

  Lots of dead ISIS and the hands of the AC130 gun bunny’s.
