The kid and I got up today for some form acro - last flight of the year!

Added up my logbook this evening, 191 (tailwheel) landings this year which isn't much compared to when I was instructing but oh well.

Hope you have a great 2025.

PS. We don't get much respect here for our flying or engineering work, but people love our hair.

I tell them it's an evolutionary response to the cold, to minimize heat loss, and that no one in Canada is bald.

Happy New Year all!

did my now traditional hit the slopes skiing on the first day of the year. Mostly because I hate crowds and everyone is hung over and I get the place to myself.
