Air India Express, the budget carrier operating out of Delhi International Airport, is charting a strategic course that will see a significant expansion of its fleet. The airline’s CEO, Aloke Singh, has announced ambitious plans to add approximately 85 aircraft to its lineup over the next three years. This move aligns with the airline’s vision to bolster its operational capacity and improve connectivity across the region. Fleet Expansion Details Currently operating 91 aircraft, Air India Express is gearing up for substantial growth. The expanded fleet will include 65 new aircraft and 20 used aircraft transitioned from its parent company, Air India.
