Apologies if this isn't good enough for you.

We're just stupid fucking airshow pilots and
graduate engineers that write real-time software.

100 years in aviation, this year.  What the
fuck would we know?

One of Sammy Mason's cousin's was flying
the Stearman.

Sammy Mason is a very nice young man
from socal that flies a Pitts.  You know,
another stupid fucking airshow pilot.

His grandfather taught Steve McQueen
to fly, which people here probably think
isn't cool.

...needs a bit of context.  Did someone kick you in the balls this morning?  What's with the negative vibes?

Nice. So I was up at Syncrude with Chemco Electric in 1999. There was a guy running the boom truck they called "Alphabets" because of his last name. I had a generally good attitude regardless of what the management (represented by the two fore men) wanted.

Alphabets kept saying, "You remind me of Oddball from Kelly's Heros. You know, Donald Southerland's character? You've seen Kelly's Heros right?" I said "No, I've heard of the movie but never watched it." He kept talking about the scene with the tank where his C.O. shows up flipping out asking what he thinks he's doing and he responds with, "Well it's a beautiful day. I'm havin a little vino and enjoying the sunshine."

Never have seen the whole film but I have enjoyed many clips on YouTube with those Negative Waves scenes. Chemco Electric, always with the negative waves...
