As the job market for Pielots heats up all the small carriers are going to lock those training bonds tight. I honestly wonder how some will survive if Jazz and Encore are scooping up guys with 250 hours.
although I think the best flying and fun ive had in a plane was up north ripping around without a care, it would have been a tough sell vs a perceived cushy airline gig.
Bush flying in Fort Saint Lake shithole vs a major city doing a job with benefits and a payscale..........
I mean I have a few screws loose, but when presented with that option I think many will go with the airline or regional gig.
Ok who am I kidding I would have shown up hung over and in jeans and a tshirt to the interview and probably drop a dozen F bombs in the first minute of the Interview so wouldn't be in the cards anyway

I’m thinking once I get rolling on these videos / podcasts
I’ll see about some guest interviews.

Your videos are great!!! As we can see by Blancolerio and Dan Gryder (Nark’s favorite) there is a real demand for expert pilot commentary on these events.

Great plan!
When you’re ready to do that episode about guys doing stuff we’re not particularly good at and eating sandwiches let me know.
