I got a log book around here somewhere but im going to ballpark 6000.
My average sector length has increased in the last decade.
I tell you what hauling fuel on 20 minute hops sure built a solid base number though

No idea but I once did 67 take-offs and landings in one day and I spent the night in a holiday inn!
