Check out the exit height after the roll at 0:22

Not sure how many type-rated ATP's with thousands of hours
on type, could exit perfectly at the surface like that.
I might be wrong, but I suspect this guy spent some time on flightsim.

That reminds me, I have to go out and get a new battery for my Timex today. I’ve been putting it off because twice a day it’s been every bit as accurate as my boss’ Rolex.

I'm amazed that a non-pilot, with no type training whatsoever
(which we are told is crucial) was able to successfully start and
taxi and takeoff (probably NORDO) from a large, busy airport
and drive around for an extended period of time and perform
perfect surface acro. His wings-level exit from the roll just
above the lake was quite something.
More than once, I can recall horrible outcomes over the decades
when ATP's with thousands of hours attempted rolls in large
aircraft. And this guy did it with no training or experience - at
the surface!
You must admit that's pretty incredible. I'm smelling flightsim.

My gut says maintenance. He fires up without anyone batting an eye to do a compass swing or something then takes off instead...
