First, this:

(Does this forum software embed video?)

Does anyone else notice names for things getting longer in aviation?  It just dawned on me when I found out what a FLWOP was.  So it's a "Forced Landing WithOut Power," with I assume power referring to the engine although it could just as easily apply to a failed alternator and dead battery.  Way to add words hoping it would be clearer.  Hang on though, didn't those used to be Simulated Engine Failures and before that Forced Approaches?

What about that thing that once upon a time was a nameless part of flying an airplane?  You know, the one that came to be known as Checks?  The one that grew up into a Checklist (ooooo, TWO syllables!) and is now morphing into a Quick Reference Handbook to those who dream of Dreamliners.  The spectator in me eagerly awaits the first time I see a book in a cockpit titled "Cessna 152 - QRH" but the more sane part of me will probably barf.

So what gives, and what other terms are being bloated into something seemingly more important?

I have been trying to work on a solution so you can embed videos with a button on the top line however, the apps I install require a permission to be modified and last time I did it I destroyed the site.

So to embed take the script from youtube or your favorite site and put this [HTML] youtube script  [HTML] however put a / in front of the H on the last [HTML]

That is the work around for now, ill try to get it working soon.
