Is this real?

I saw this one too. I think it might be fake.  Not being picked up by major news. 

This could easily happen though.  Love flying RC but it will probably take a disaster to get some proper regulation.

Watch as the winglet disintegrates. It appears to spray fluid, which of course their shouldn't be any in there.

Looking at the video many times and I would say that what is coming off of the winglet is debris from the collision.  After initial impact more of the glass fibre peeled away.
