One possible bigger problem with brush painting fiberglass or metal is to get a nice smooth finish you need to paint thicker. So how heavy is it going to be?
What about a Lancair? I remember one fine morning while I taxied to the run up bay with my instructor, we watched as a local guy did a low and over in his Lancair IV with a nice IO-500.
At the time my instructor was pretty excited but as a CPL wanna-be who was planning to buy a C-310 I shrugged it off.
Now as a guy who would like to go to that Canuck Warbird Museum for the day or OSH once in a while as quick as possible for the least amount of fuel. Those Lancairs with the PT-6 in them look pretty spiffy.

There are people out there who spend days and days
rolling and brushing and sanding repetitive coats over
and over again to avoid minutes of spraying ...

It's hard to tell from the camera, but this guy is
pretty good at his somewhat bizarre process. I've
seen worse factory spray jobs.

Weird but it looks pretty good.
I guess he could fix the orange peel that everyone around here was getting from their spray jobs.

Note that not all paint can be sanded out.

A whole lot of jealousy, and slimy little people attacking
the achievements of others in Canada.
Boggles the mind. If they're so envious and angry at
someone with say $10M, I can only imagine the display
of hatred that Zuckerberg (>$50B) would get in Palo Alto.
Do smug, lazy Canadians organize egg-throwing tours
there? They should hate and envy Zuckerberg 5000x
as much as Classic Wings, right? That's incredibly
powerful hatred.
That is not a characteristic of Canadians that I admire.
It is quite ugly, in fact.
When do I get my phone and laptop back? This is not
a change of subject.
