Like BCPilot, I only have 3 types in my logbook.
C172
PA28
C310
After flying the 310 for a year and a half, I thought I missed the mighty 172. Until I took it for a 400nm trip to pick up a family member.
The 310 is fast, responsive, and comfortable. One does learn patience when it comes to maintenance, though.
What is your favorite plane you have flown?

I am going to get the beating here, but I really started to like cirrus sr22 turbo. Does x/c missions very well. It is automated to shit, but if you manage it properly, it's really nice tool for the job.

Next you're going to tell me you prefer a Yamaha to a Steinway? :o

As Martha Stewart said, "Plastic airplanes ain't got no soul!"
Can't play this on a Cirrus:

Not at all, but you go do a music gig at "smokey's" Yamaha would do. 8) . For straight and level comfy ride, I think is a good tool. Like personal airliner type of missions if one can afford.
I know it sucks if you attempt to fly it, just have to think differently about it. This one you operate, like a drone.

Personally, I'd take the 421. I don't think the Cirrus
is pressurized, is it? I hate sticking that crap up my
nose.
I know a lot of people have bad things to say about
the GTSIO-520 engines, but they never let me down.
A friend of mine has a 421C with turbo-props. I'm
sure most Canadians would think he is a bad person,
though. He says it's an awesome short field performer.
Here's a 421B conversion for sale:
