I believe that this is enforced. I just read a COPA magazine and it listed an enforcement under this rule. If I remember correctly, it was in central Canada. Any details would be welcome.

Also any details of pilots who actually do N- register their aircraft. Legally of course.

Well as long as it's a non high performance land single I'm available to take it back to home soil. Just have to get an FAA certificate based on my ppl.
