Irony moment:  one of the AvCan moderators got his pee-pee
slapped by TC when he submitted his ATPL application and
he got caught logging all time on an IFR flight plan as actual
IMC.

Yes, that's the caliber of people they have - they don't know
the difference between actual instrument time, and filed as
IFR in VMC.

I must confess a lack of interest in the non-aviation related
