TK:  I don't think you understand how difficult it is, to fire a government
employee.  They can die, they can retire, maybe you can transfer them
with a totally fake glowing recommendation, but that's the only way to get
rid of them.

I remember being told by an ex-Snowbird pilot at an airshow - he's a
phenomenal formation pilot, he can do inverted formation, does Iron
Man - that the TC monitor we had was detested so badly by the rest
of TC, that they stuck him in a corner so they wouldn't have to deal
with him, so we had to.  Actually, I didn't think he was that bad - I had
seen plenty worse.

I remember after an airshow at Gatineau, the President of Vintage Wings
took him into a room and apparently there was a very loud discussion.

Not sure why it was necessary to shit on Vintage Wings, but I never
did understand the bureaucratic mind.

Slick:  no judgement.  If you want to fly aerobatics in Canada, and you
find the taste of Arlo's dick pleasing, go right ahead.

Don't you love him?
Why would you want to fire him?

Remember the "Yes, Minister" TV series that made fun of this?

Yep, got the DVD set.  Break it out every now and then, makes you laugh and cry at the same time.

British humor is the best.  I guess there's not much else to do
when the wx is shitty all the time.
