a coworker once fly 300 miles the wrong way
A friend (ok, he's a little hard of hearing) of mine once flew a T-33
to Torbay, NL instead of Gore Bay, ON.
Whoops. The guy I worked with just punched in JKLMNOP3 instead of JKLMNOP4, or whatever the northern airport codes were.
Electronic flight computers.

Just because of advances in technology I can put in a completely worng sod instead of just spelling things wrong.
And to prove my point look what happened there.
Wrong = worng
Word = sod
Invoncivable!

I probably will always think, "What if the screens go blank?" but the iPad has proven reliability.
Electronic devices in the 1980s were scetchy.

We have 3 of them and a USB charger beside each Pilot. A lot of the functionality is disabled and we are not allowed to update the OS.
Next stage will be the e-QRH and all our manuals will be on there as well.

Well that does look more fun than fighting the spring in the side stick on those things.

Aviation in the 21st century.
The airplane was about 50 feet from the end of the runway when the left wing dipped and the airplane flipped over, colliding with the ground. Examination of the wreckage did not reveal any preimpact mechanical malfunctions.
Flying straight and level from one airport to another airport
in good weather in a functioning nosewheel airplane with lots
of gas is apparently a challenge.
