Would anyone know why some 8CAB's have an MTOW of 1800 while others have an MTOW of 1950?


At 1800 lb a 220lb student reduces the fuel load to around 30 min plus 30min reserve
and makes for some unpleasant fuel gauge indications.

The current 8CAB specs show 1800 Aerobatic Max and 1950 Max otherwise.
