B17 in YYC?

I swear I just saw the back side of a B17 fly over me while I was driving down Memorial here in YYC

My friends there saw a vintage WW2 aircraft fly by while working in Silver Springs  NW Calgary (thought it might have been the Lanc) once at about 9:30am and again 10:30 -11:00am.


A B17 was on display Sun Aft 2-5pm in Victoria BC, arrived 5 days ago, owned by the Experimental Aircraft Association in Oskosh ... likely it's that aircraft making its way back to home base

EAA website shows "Aluminum Overcast" tour stops:


June 23 - 26 at Springbank CYBW


June 30 - July 3 at Regina CYQR


July 7 - 10 at Gimli CYGM


Then a stop in Wisconson before Oshkosh
