It's all to back that the experience level for these operators. Inexperienced pilots teaching no experienced pilots with no grey haired farts around to kick to virgin ass which seems to be the greatest difference between now and 40 years ago. [/li]

that TC is there to stop aircraft accidents. You
know, safety.
That couldn't be farther from the truth. TC
couldn't care less about safety. All TC cares
about is paperwork.
If you have paper, it is uninteresting to TC
whether or not you crash.
This is crucial for a young pilot to learn.
Safety is not found in the regulations. The
complete opposite is true, sometimes.
It is up to each pilot to figure out what they
have to do, to not crash. This is anathema
to the white shirt crowd, but that does not
make it false.
