I think I’ll make my next about speculating on causes of accidents.
This topic for reasons beyond my comprehension seems to trigger some folks. However I like to encourage speculation on causes of accidents. When accidents occur its a valuable time to highlight past accidents and causes to perhaps make pilots think how to prevent such occurrences.

I think we all like to speculate on causation, however we don’t like to be told we’re wrong.
Also, I think failure and being wrong is a great foundation on becoming successful and correct.
I really like the quick down and dirty pseudo podcast description of these accidents and incidents are great. Keep them up.
