These days of course, you can (completely legally) call up your drug dealer and
they deliver it to your front door.

Before they got rid of the farcical "medical prescription" requirement, I remember
the young guys would get drunk on a Friday night and have a contest, to see who
could Facetime a prescription in the fewest minutes. Kids.
