I think its because we all know we can fly planes so no need to whip it out.
And the new guys ask great questions that everyone gives them no BS answers.

It's a win for everyone.

Agreed! I have appreciated every answer and I don't have to worry about getting trolled or getting into a pissing match. I know I can come here during my training with a question and it will be fielded by a group of pilots who know thier shit, and will help out someone trying to learn.

I have much respect for the pilots who share thier knowledge, keep up the good work guys and gals.
