You probably think I am being a sarcastic @sshole about #1 above - lower the gear.

Well, this pilot received ONE HUNDRED HOURS OF FUCKING DUAL
on his Mooney.  And, then landed it gear up.  Told me afterwards
that he listened to the gear horn wailing, all the way on final.

I am sure that he is a far better pilot than I, according to what I am told
by TC and the four bars.  Remember, I am not permitted to hold a flight
instructor rating in Canada.  I can't even visit the country without them
stealing my property.

Um, intentionally? Like bag pipes?

Seriously.  And TC never spent decades hassling him, so he
must be a better pilot than I.

Well, I kind of like the Red Hot Chilli Pioers. They play more than one note though.

Would he let it bleat often? I would think it would get your attention. The human brain does strange things when guys are overwhelmed though.

There are lots of examples of this on youtube.  Here's one:

Note that they have two pilots up front, which the four bars
tells us, prevents these kinds of things happening.

hahahahahahahhhahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahaha

One good pilot is worth more than two shitty pilots, every day,
regardless of the #fakenews from the union guys.

Expensive day at the chateau. I am gonna guess the gear warning sound wasnt piped through headsets. Or we may be confusing that alert with the "we are out of red wine" cockpit alert which is standard in French GA aircraft.
