All my aerobatics are of the "arm chair" variety - above a couple thousand feet and ball in the center. The link will take you to a video shot from inside the cockpit during a routine flown by a good friend of mine, Bud Granley. He's flying a YAK 55 - a Russian aircraft designed specifically to do aerobatics. Bud let me ferry it last summer - it's not comfortable, it flies nose high in cruise, and goes woefully slow (compared to my personal aircraft). (;>0)

Thanks John. If the gold paint looks familiar , it is from the original pigment in 1958..same as the Hawks and Centennaires.
