Maybe we could aim for "most improved"?
Never forget that Yasser Arafat won the Nobel Peace prize in 1994. I am not making this up.

So too did Obama in 2009, nominated 11 days after his swearing-in and the committee changed the nomination rules for him.
Fun fact: Obama has killed more people (authorized) via drone strikes than any other president. He beat Bush by 10x.
Al Gore also won the award for a PowerPoint presentation that was grossly inaccurate, beating out a woman who smuggled babies out of concentration camps under Nazi occupation of Poland.
Alfred Nobel is probably rolling in his Nordic grave.

I don't think that's ever happened?
PS I remember Obama flew into Ottawa after he was elected. It was like Elvis came to town. Everyone there wanted to give him a blowjob, like they did when Bill Clinton visited, inbetween his trips to Epstein Island.
Morgan married country singer Jon Randall in 1996, and a year later, she published an autobiography, Forever Yours, Faithfully: My Love Story.
In 1998, tabloids published allegations that Morgan had been spotted in the back of a limousine with Bill Clinton, then the President of the United States, but Morgan dismissed the claims as "fabricated". Morgan and Randall divorced in 1999
Musta been wearing that blue dress that Bill liked so much?
