Torque wrenches are over rated anyway
A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-300, registration C-FSOU performing flight QK-8684 from Montreal,QC to Bagotville,QC (Canada) with 49 passengers and 3 crew, was accelerating for takeoff from Montreal's runway 24L just prior to rotation when the inboard left main wheel began to glow orange. Upon rotation the wheel separated from the gear strut and fell back onto the runway. The crew continued the initial climb, stopped at 3000 feet and entered a hold to burn off fuel. The aircraft returned for a safe landing on runway 24R about 95 minutes after departure.
