Idiots, I bet you neither pilot has flown a pitts or has any tailwheel time.

Most importantly, I hope Air Canada has not dropped the ball on this one, and provided the passengers who missed connecting flights with Pizza.

Social media is so great.  It allows us to almost instantly speculate and share our superior wisdom when an incident happens..
I for one, simply can not wait to find out the facts.  The TSB should have issued a full report by this time, though I think we all know it was total pilot error.
I heard a very confident rumour that the pilot had had a drink sometime in their life, so that could well be the cause of it.  Will have to wait for a few hours until CBC brings out one of their experts to verify this.

We know which fin will be getting the new paint job a little before scheduled.

Cue appropriate cool looking videos and rants about the horrible 4 bar pilots, of course without information. Maybe a tire blew? Brake failure? Never mind -- hang em high!

Never mind the thousands of flights completed safely every day.

I'm curious, for example, how many GA wonders could take a 757 into a pleasant place like Tegucigalpa, (been there)  and get it stopped on a windy, rainy day.  (Google videos of this). Short runway, plus have to drop hard into a bowl just to land on, after weaving through canyons.  (Kinda cool)

Yet they do it daily --

Looks like it may have blown all the tires, that may be why it got a bit out of control.

I wish TC would just give guys like me a call. I could save taxpayers so much money rather than dragging their so called "investigation" for months. But no, ask any TC inspector to demonstrate something as simple as a hammer head into an inverted spin and see what they'll tell ya. I can conclude that if these mighty airline pilots would have flown a pitts before, even a mere 1 flight, this would not have happened.

I actually had a ride in a Pitts one time during the last century.  I didn't find it that difficult to fly.  Of course, the owner strapped me in, told me to sit with my hands in my lap, and don't touch anything.  Being a good soldier, I did as I was bid.

Point of order they are TSB inspectors (Transportation Safety Board) whom I hold in pretty high regard.

Dry day.  Now add rain.

I'm sure though this is nothing, though --
