I think it’s still in the “Is buying” stage but it’s going to be interesting to see how it plays out. I assume this is Onex’s sure fire way to expand.

Weird that the news would get leaked so close to the finish line. As two privately held companies I’m not sure who benefits letting the cat out of the bag.
