“Every road has wires.”
He was flying IFR, his safest bet would be to fly below the bridge deck.

According to the NTSB, the cause of the accident was deemed controlled flight into terrain, as Brown could not see the hill due to low visibility.
That was 31 years ago, in 1990.
Brown had many hours of experience operating the Bell 206B at night
Not a newbie. Like the guy that killed Jim Croce in 1973 (black hole).
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Croce#Death
He had an ATP certificate, 14,290 hours total flight time, and 2,190 hours in the Beech 18 type airplane
Levelled off at night after takeoff, hit the only fucking peach tree around. Never saw it.
There will be no new causes of aviation accidents in 2022. People will kill themselves
because they failed to learn the lessons from previous accidents that they found uninteresting.
Sorry if this hurts anyone's feelings.
I am certain that he would not be allowed to even
visit the People's Republic of Canada.
