So I have seen the following in a few pilot job postings: "Take over the world attitude". Why do companies keep putting this in? Honestly, what a stupid thing to put in a job ad. You know who had a take over the world attitude? Hitler. Also, Alexander the Great, Genghis Kahn, Ramses, etc...

Is this really the attitude you want in your company and in the aircraft? Just stop...
