I am sort of lacking some of the price though. Why is the lottery so hard to win?

"Maybe I should buy this. Piper Archer II"
No worries about the wing spar?

Not yet. Did you wiggle the wing?
I should move to Florida.
I could probably afford to fly the Lear sim.

My present daydream is a Wittman Tailwind. Sips gas and goes like hell; all in a fixed gear, strut-braced, fabric covered package! I think the fastest Tailwind has seen indicated level flight speeds into the 230s...
For cheap flying, older continental 172s are great. You can still land on pretty much any grass or sand strips with a nosewheel. Tailwheel is only really needed for proper off-strip landings (although nosewheels -- except perhaps RVs -- are fine for beaches).
I was just looking at one of these as my first plane, they want $26,000 CDN but it's no where near as nice as that one and it's hand prop.

I would tell you to get it but maybe you would not like the extra challenges.
That bubble top is pretty interesting. It might get pretty hot in there fast when the sun is out.

Took me a bit to find the ad.
I talked to some other pilots about hand propping, the concensus was as long as you follow procedure everytime and be safe its not a bit deal and something I shouldn't be afraid of trying. Still seems pricey but is the trend lately.
