it appears that company is the equivalent of Viking and the DHC product line, many STC and mods available for the Sedan.

That is a nice looking airplane. Could use a picture of the operating room.

It is a bit unusual to place the tailwheel ahead
of the rudder horns.  Most people, in a futile
attempt to increase the effective length of the
fuselage, put the tailwheel on some leaf springs
behind the rudder.

The Pitts S1, in a desperate attempt to get the
tailwheel back, puts it on a long tube, 'way out
behind.
kept it on the wheels
Smart choice.  I won't wade into the old
"three-pt vs wheelie" debate, but it is a
fact that a wheel landing will baby the
tailwheel, and that is often a very good
thing.

Generally the heavier the aircraft, and
the more skilled the pilot, the more likely
you are to see a wheel landing.  A pro at
work:

But the important thing is to keep it straight,
and whatever does that, is the best technique.
its gloriously sparse
My kind of airplane!  My favorite flying is with
no gyros at all.  Not even a ball!  Just engine,
airspeed and altimeter.

Bring along a portable GPS if need be.  I like
to sit my phone on the top of the dash.

Hello Shiny

My wife and I fly Aeronca Sedan N1331H, S/N 15AC-371, in Switzerland and are maintaining a website, dedicated to this aircraft type. It includes a Sedan gallery, presenting as many as possible of the 561 Sedans produced; presently over 200: www.n1331h.com/sedan_gallery/

May I kindly ask, if you would be willing to contribute your pictures of Sedan CF-NJO to that gallery? CF-NJO is S/N 15AC-138, which is still missing in the collection. Did you possibly take additional photos that you didn't upload to this forum or could you maybe even get me in touch with the owner for more info and pictures of his specific Sedan?

You can reach me via email through this forum or through our website's contact form.

Many thanks and best regards,

Matt
